Job Title: Office Manager
Supervisor: Bracken County Water District Board Chairperson
General Job Description: This position is responsible for supervising office staff and overseeing office operations, including procurement, purchasing, and payroll. This position manages customer relations, and ensures the efficient handling of billing, payments, and work orders to support the organization's operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise office staff
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of all organizational bills
• Purchase supplies and services to meet the operational needs of the organization
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and maintain payroll and benefits records
• Serve as a liaison to the Bracken County Water District Board of Commissioners, including attending all meetings, developing meeting agenda, taking meeting minutes, and preparing board packets
• Interact with customers to answer questions, resolve complaints and concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare and submit required operational and financial reports
• Assist office staff with preparing and sending water bills, receiving and entering payments, and scheduling and preparing work orders
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service satisfaction
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in customer service and office administration
